I’m currently studying Management Information Systems (MIS) in Turkey and I’m planning to apply for either the MSc Business Informatics or MSc Data Science at TU Wien after graduation.
My expected profile:

I’ve already compared my curriculum with TU Wien’s admission requirements, but I know the admission committee evaluates the actual course contents, not just the course titles. That’s why I’d really appreciate hearing from people who have gone through the admission process.
From my own comparison, I think I might have weaker coverage in the following areas:

Probability Theory (as a standalone course)

Operating Systems
Computer Architecture / Computer Organization

My questions are:
Based on my background, what do you think my chances are for MSc Business Informatics and
MSc Data Science?
Do the areas listed above seem like the ones where the admission committee would most likely assign supplementary courses (Auflagen), or am I overlooking something?
Roughly how many supplementary ECTS would you expect (5–10, 15–20, or closer to 30)?
Is a GPA of around 3.10/4.00 considered competitive for these programs?
I’d especially appreciate hearing from anyone who was admitted from an MIS, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a similar background.
