USAA Horrendous Customer Service
I have been trying to have an update made to my USAA account. I am stationed overseas, so I am not able to call during US business hours. I have emailed and dealt with the rudest, most dismissive, and incompetent customer service representative. I have asked twice to be put in contact with the office of the CEO. I found and CCed the CEOs email address in my last email, so hopefully that helps. I need a simple change, which I uploaded all documentation for two months ago.
Does anyone have tips on how to have this escalated?
My next step is to entirely close my USAA account because this level of service is unacceptable.
