How are EU Amazon sellers handling FBA returns without destroying inventory?

We started helping Amazon sellers in Europe process and rework FBA returns instead of automatically destroying inventory.

A lot of products are actually still sellable with:

  • new labels,
  • packaging replacement,
  • bundling,
  • light cleaning/repacking,
  • or quality checks before being sent back to FBA.

We regularly receive UPS pallets/boxes directly from Amazon returns, rework the items, then prepare them again for fulfillment.

Honestly, I was surprised by how much inventory gets wasted for small issues like slightly damaged outer packaging.

Curious how other sellers here are handling:

  • customer returns,
  • unsellable inventory,
  • removals,
  • and EU reverse logistics in general.

Are you using prep centers, doing it in-house, or just liquidating/destroying stock?
