Context, I have been with Walmart for about 4 1/2 years, only six months as an auto care tech. So about four months ago, my ACC coach asked me to put a bucket and lower bay for used oil filters, because ours cracked. I asked her, all I need to do is store use one and put it down there? And she said yes. I did that. Well today ecolab comes in and gives the store a red for an unlabeled bucket in lower bay. Now my acc coach says she is going to give me a yellow coaching. She literally said when I said that didn’t seem fair “someone needs to go down and it’s a shame it’s you”. So I guess my question is does this seem fair, and if not what are my options.
