How is the the training for ndu ptp?
Is the ndu ptp btm same as the tekong one?
Is there gym in Frogman school ?
My main concern is that i am not strong .
I been going gym consistently for the past 2 months so i was wondering can i use the gym in ndu . I am nervous about the training ?What can I expect from it during ndu ptp?
