Hey Guys!

I have a question! Previously, I was on UC to where back in July, they have asked me to submit my bank statements as well as my ID, I am not going to into detail; however, my claim was closed after after failing to submit my bank statements. From there, the day they closed my claim, I made a new one within 24 hours I managed to log in to the same account and essentially "made a new claim".

Sidenote: Due to payments stopping, I am in rent arrears. I spoke to an advisor over the phone and they said I can relog in and redo everything and get the money back.

They have asked me to submit the documents within 3 months of me being on this "new claim". I have done so, minus one bank account, which I have told them that I am happy to submit the other bank statements, but I will do so later this week. Within a few hours, they have resumed my payment. My questions are as follows:

- I have been reading on here that UC normally calls to go through the statements, however do they resume your claim before doing so and then they call and go through the statements (they have not done that with me) or do they go through the statements and only then they resume the payments?

- Will I be able to get back backed on the rent when they stopped paying my landlord? As I resumed my claim within the time frame?

Any previous help/experience will be great!
