Is this Jupiter 9 missing its aperture blades?

Hello,

I bought this Jupiter 9 85mm f2 for dirt cheap knowing that the aperture was stuck wide open but I thought it was because of the usual oily blades. However upon further inspection, it seems that there are no blades at all. Photos are taken with aperture ring at f22, turning the aperture ring i see some movement inside but no blades at all. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, another question, this is the L39 rangefinder version right? I put an M39 to M42 ring on the mount then used my M42-Fuji K&F adapter and the lens would only focus on very close distance.

Thanks in advance!
