Well, he made it through another couple of months, but lots of age related ailments meant that his quality of life wasn't good anymore, and to keep him here would have been selfish. Nearly 17 great years he gave us, and although I know I won't see him again, im happy we did the right thing. He was my pal!

Advice im doing the right thing

So.......our zakk has gone downhill recently. He's 16 yrs 8 months and has had a great life, but now he's struggling to walk and started pooping in the house, not weeing though! Eats ok, perks up for his small daily walk, but the rest of the time just looks a bit, well miserable. I think it's time, but I didn't realise how hard that would be, so i guess im asking for some opinions to help with that.
