Another "At Risk" victim
I was delivering for Whole Foods and Amazon Fresh and was close to reaching Level 4. One day I showed up to pick up an order, but there were no bags ready. I called Amazon support, and they told me, “We took it off your block,” and assured me it wouldn’t affect my standing.
Two weeks later, I got hit with a “didn’t pick up order” violation anyway, which tanked my points and hurt my progress toward Level 4.
Then the next month, while doing Fresh deliveries, I went to grab my cart and an employee told me someone else had already taken it. I called support again and got the same response: “We removed it from your block, and it won’t affect your standing.”
Sure enough, I later received the same violation again. My rating dropped all the way to “At Risk,” my Level 3 status was removed, and now I can barely get any blocks at all. I went from almost Level 4 with an excellent rating to struggling to get even a single block.
With this whole level system, good luck getting blocks once your standing drops.
I emailed support, but all I got back was generic corporate responses that didn’t actually address the issue. I’d understand if I had missed blocks on my own, but both situations were completely out of my control and caused by Amazon’s system.
Has anyone dealt with this before or have any advice on how to fix it?
