I (somehow) got lucky and managed to get a seat in the Fuji View Stand (Smart Seat 3F West) for the Victoria Mile this weekend. Since it’s my first time attending a Japanese horse race, so I’m a bit of a newbie.

I'm aware that my section (highlighted in the second picture) is quite far from the goal post, so I have a few questions:

• How is the view of the big screen and the overall track from that point? should I bring the binoculars?
• From this post, I should buy "Each Way" bet for a souvenir right?
• Is UMACA card available for foreigners?
• Is there any specific manners I should be aware of?
