Di namin makita submeters for electric and water, my senior parent and me think we were overly charge monthly electric kWh and water. Just asking your own opinion po about Water and Electric Bill for 2 pax
Monthly consumption po ng electric bill of my senior parent was between 150-200 kWh every month for the past years
1 hp inverter ac only used at night less 12 hrs a day
2 electric fan
1 rice cooker
charging gadgets
NO TV and NO refrigerator and NO washing machine since we removed it in the rent unit.
I was suprised of the electric bill for this April was 6k php for 360kWh with no changes on electric usage or consumption for the past years only between 150-200 max since they told me they increases it to 17php per kWh though the local power company only charges 13php per kWh for commercial building unit.
Let say I don't question the increase but the usage of 360kWh was almost doubled our monthly usage with no other appliances
For water, we were charged 18 cubic meter every month and not sure if this is normal for 2 person?
they charged us almost 800php for the water bills monthly since we can't fully see the sub meter since it was on basement and not accessible for public viewing.
I talked to the secretary of the building management pero they dont care and yun daw ang bill with no proper explanation. Ngayon ko lang nireview lahat ng bills for the past months.
How can I justify po na mali talaga ang computation nila based on my history of bills and usage po since di namin ma read ang electric and water submeters
