I’m re-listening to the books while I wait for Parade of Horribles to come out. It was such a stark change going from Book 7 back to Book 1. I loved Jeff Hays from the beginning, but switching from book to book, it’s like he evolves and fully realizes the characters as they realize themselves. I don’t know how intentional it was or a happy accident or maybe just the way voice acting the same characters over 100+ hours of recorded time (probably that one), but it’s amazing and I love the detail as I do with EVERY detail in this series.
