Trader Joe’s Hand & Body Cream with Moroccan Argan Oil
Have gone through ~10-12 bottles at this point.
No exfoliating ingredients but makes my skin so smooth. Has even cleared small spots of my skin?? It’s magic.
Thick but sinks in and leaves no oily/slippery residue. Keeps me moisturized all day. Doesn’t clog my pores. Doesn’t irritate my ultra sensitive skin.
No added fragrance but since there are some essential oils, it has a very light scent that disappears completely when absorbed. Normally this would irritate my skin but it doesn’t somehow.

Unfortunately I don’t have a before and after pic but for reference, I have had severe KP all my life - redness, rough texture, raised bumps both the scaly flatter/small ones and bigger more pimple like ones. It’s everywhere except my calves, feet, hands, face. I’m in my 30s and it has gotten worse in the last ~10years (yay for being told during childhood it would disappear when I was an adult 🥴)
