I stopped using my Astro A50 headphones several years ago because I no longer had an Xbox, and the only thing I have now is an Xbox Series X. I don't have a PC to check them in Astro Command Center; the only thing I have is an Xbox Series X.

I've tried turning them on again, but they won't. I've left them charging for over 12 hours, and they do nothing. The lights on the bottom keep moving, and the power light on the Astro stays on. But if I move them, they stop charging and then nothing happens. I've tried forcing them with the Game and Dolby buttons, but nothing works.

Could someone help me figure out what to do?

They stay like you see in the image, but if I move them even slightly, all the lights turn off except for the Xbox light.
