I’m not sure what plant this is- I did a google image search and it said a zebra haworthia but idk mine looks kinda different

Does anyone know what the flower is gonna look like ?

Also do i need to repot it or something, it’s currently 21cm. I’ve never owned a plant before- I got gifted this
