Man Eyvel is so cool. Her relationship with Mareeta, the way you can tell how important she is to Leif with how much he consider saving her one of his top goal despite how unlikely it is. Truly a goat. We shouldn't forget her sister either, Edain if she survive gen 1 raised not only Lana and Lester, but also Seliph and the very likely the sword twins too. One of my top wish for a FE4 remake is a scene with her in gen 2

But honestly my fav mom is Sevira from Dream of Five. Just a very well written character, and her scene with Rena in the late game is genuinely my favorite moment in any FE game, official or romhack. What a great mom
