Pure TOMT mania right now. No clue why but the name Vargas just popped into my head and I can hear a character in a TV show or a movie saying that name. Might be a minor character or never even seen on screen, just said by the person.

I tried to use AI and Google but the similar results from those are not it. It’s not Fast Times, Thunderball, X-Men, Traffic, Narcos, etc.

I watch mainly popular films, action movies, drama, comedy, etc. from the 90s and 00s.

Anyone that answers this will give me an almost orgasmic brain relief reaction. Thanks in advance for any help.

What exactly do they mean? A tornado was seen? Within how many miles? Etc.
