What is wrong with my batteries

I have 2 batteries (not charge for a while). I tried to charged it with my Lion charger (with balance). After full, the battery has 20.5v but the red led still linking and the tool doesnt work.

How can I fix this.

updated: I fixed it with jump wired, just connect middle pin and the 4th pin(near -)

Am I cooked ?

Hi guys, I'm working in a cyber security space. I only use the AI to ask some questions, not use any agentic or whatever above chat. Am I left behind ? I feel so frustrated cause I don't use it to code or do what everybody else tries to do. What is your opinion ?
