Hello, I ordered some headlights on May 5, 2026. The estimated delivery date was listed as May 15 to June 2, 2026. After waiting for a week, a waybill finally appeared on May 13 (see attached photo). A few days later, there was still no movement on the shipment, I wrote to the seller to see what was going on, and he told me that the item was currently out of stock and to wait a few days (I’m attaching photo 2). I opened a dispute because this seemed abnormal to me, but it was rejected twice, and I was told to wait until July 12, 2026. They told me to wait until July 26, 2012, when the headlights are supposed to arrive—I have no idea where that date came from. What should I do in this situation? I need the parts urgently; I ordered them because the delivery time was very good.
