Oats with stewed apple and pecan nuts (I’ve used water, maple syrup, gingerbread spices and a splash of vanilla essence to make the ‘sauce’) topped with sunflower- and pumpkin seeds, Speculoos granola and pistachio butter. I always crave something warm and comforting on rainy days like this.
