I’ve read and read on this thread, everyone is so helpful. But is it just me or are there HUNDREDS of different serums out there? And people are mixing them - sounds like some have quite complicated regimes?

- is a serum the same as a glide?
- some people talk about only using sterile saline - does this mean they’re not using a serum?
- how do you mix them/ how do you know they’re safe to mix together/ do ratios matter?
- how can you tell a serum is actually quality?

I’m in the UK.
