Only to be told by the call handler that they had IT issues and that they couldn’t offer any specific advice only guidance.

They asked if I could call back before 6.00pm. What they couldn’t put an automated message/greeting on their phone queue is beyond me.

I just wanted to check how long I could expect to wait for the >£5k credit refund request submitted on April 7th….any ideas?
