Help for hot roots
Can I get some quick advice? I toned my highlighted hair with a mix of T 18 and colorcharm T68 in lilac, 10 developer— and got some hot roots. could I again tone this strawberry blonde with full strength T68 and 10 developer to cool it off as my roots grow back in or will a smudge be necessary? thanks!!
