Extremely disappointing experience with Odido.

I experienced months of billing disputes, unclear charges, poor customer support and ongoing stress trying to resolve issues on my account. I was even charged for a third-party subscription (“NBA PASS”) that I never knowingly activated and had to investigate myself through Payinfo to get a refund.

After permanently moving to the UK and providing official deregistration documents, Odido still insists on charging high termination fees despite the long history of billing problems.

Very frustrating experience and not customer-friendly at all.
