I have a number of circulation issues, that require me to wear compression socks, all good in the winter (love my Bombas) but struggle when it gets hot and humid. Any suggestions from those who swell? Thank you!

Looking for recommendations on a tailor or alterations shop nearby that does curtain hemming and won't charge a fortune. Bonus points if turnaround is reasonably quick. Thanks!
