I'll be starting FY in August and am going to apply for LTFT, just not sure whether 60 or 80% would be best? I have chronic health problems and some ongoing fatigue, so not doing LTFT isn't an option, but I want to know anyone's experience of either? And if you increased or decreased your %? What's the pay drop like at 60%, and how long does it take to complete FY1/2?
