Obligatory not new to the gym.
I've dropped weight from 76kg to 62kg since november. My current stats are 171cm, F, 62.3kg. I'm planning on doing a recomp now very soon, but I'd like some input on when specifically.
I either start when I hit 62kg, or I continue cutting down to 60kg, and then start recomp. I think I'm currently at 25-26% bf, and I'm at the gym 5x a week, 2u,3l, as well as averaging 50-70km of additional walking/running on top of regular transport walking. Would it be best to start recomp now, or can it wait another few kgs?
