I have the follow pc specs currently

• AMD 5 3600
• MSI B450 GAMING PLUS MAX 
• GTX 960
• DDR4 16GB
• 850W power supply

I wanted to upgrade my GPU to be able to play games at 1080p with at least 60fps.

What GPU should I go for?

Do I need to upgrade my CPU?
