So this my kx85 I have no idea what is wrong

it runs but it revs with throttle a little bit but when u wait about 5 seconds it starts bogging when the throttle is at full and won't gain any power and if u let off of the throttle it dies just bought a new spark plug for it the carbuerator Is a keihin pwk28mm
