Hey guys,

I’ve got a 2007 Honda CRF250R (kickstart only, no electric start) and lately I’ve been doing more hard enduro style riding — nothing professional, just slow technical rocky trails, tight sections, climbs, etc.

The bike gets hot really fast in this kind of riding, which I know is kinda expected because the bike was made more for MX than slow enduro stuff.

I’m thinking about installing:

• oversized/high-capacity radiators
• a universal radiator fan kit
• a completely separate electrical setup just for the fan (small battery + on/off switch)

The idea is to avoid touching the bike’s original electrical system as much as possible.

Has anyone here done something similar on a CRF250R or another MX bike?
Did a single fan make a noticeable difference?
Any issues with battery life, mounting, reliability, mud/water, etc.?

I know it’s kind of a workaround and the bike isn’t ideal for this type of riding, but for now I’d rather improve it than change bikes.

Any advice or photos of your setups would be appreciated.

Hi, I'm planning on buying a dirtbike for street use and I was wondering if I should use a regular full face motorcycle helmet in that case or a dirtbike/motocross helmet, your help would be much appreciated : )

Hey everyone, I have a 2021 300 rally crank no start. I was cruising in 6 gear around 7000 RPM and the bike just died a slow sputter but now I get no crank or start. I have check all fuzes, relays, and diodes. New spark plug, new stater, and ECM. It will back fire into the air box after trying to start for 5-10 seconds.  Any advice? 

I’m a 14 year old and have never rode a dirt bike, what should I get? I’m 5’ 9” and 180 lbs

im kind of new to dirtbikes and trying to learn basic maintenance before i get one.what tools should i have for basic stuff like oil changes, air filter cleaning, and general upkeep?

I have a 92 300 exc that’s been sitting for the last several years. Ran well for the most part prior to being parked in the shed a few years back. Still has lots of original parts and going through to repair and replace things and get it back on the trails. Parts are hard to find on a bike this old. Are there other year models that parts can be fitted from that are more easily available? Likely going to need stator replaced but searching some of the sites I normally get parts from I haven’t been able to find one so far

I have a 92 300exc that has been sitting for a few years and I have decided to make a project of getting it running again. Currently trying to find a rebuild kit for the carb and I may just be searching in the wrong places. It’s a Keihin PJ38 carb but all of the rebuild kits I have came across so far have been for a PWK carb. Can anyone help me locate the proper kit?
