I was having a rough time with the Stories but this instantly made it so much better and well, fitting to hear actual Japanese voice acting in Japan. I think it helps a lot with the immersion.

[Tutorial] How to change the audio language on PC

In the game:
Go to Settings → Language.
Select "Japanese" (if you want Japanese audio.)
Confirm and close the game.

Go to the folder:
...\ForzaHorizon6\media\Stripped\StringTables
You should see files such as: JP.zip and EN.zip.

Rename JP.zip to backup.zip (or anything else).
Rename EN.zip to JP.zip.

Launch back the game and you should have Japanese audio with English texts.

It doesn't happen every under lighting condition but for the most part, I feel like they interiors are always TOO dim, specially when you are looking at some light. It's a minor thing evidently but I don't like that I have to squint at them so much when it's a bit dark.
They only seem to fully light up in tunnels and some moments of the night but even then they can be quite hard to see. Pretty please?
