im working on a mod right now for forge 1.20.1…

im trying to “remove” wooden and stone to recipes by editing their json files in my minecraft/recipes directory in my mod.

i set the result of each of the 10 recipes to air but i am still able to craft the tools.

i have tried replacing the specific material in each recipes with tags source from the wiki but nothing seems to be working. i successfully removed a different recipe using this method previously.

could somebody perhaps provide me with an example json file they would use to achieve this because i’ve tried everything. i will provide an example of my code shortly in the comments
