Hi guys I am trying to build my own rendition of Rograkh Silas. The reason I am building Rograkh with Silas is mainly because I like the addition of blue and black with all the tutors and rituals. What I am trying to do is have my deck storm into a combo like underworld brain freeze lions eye or the other various ways with thassa. I have been practice testing it so far and its not really feeling very explosive like a cEDH storm deck is supposed to be? I've been looking at other similar decks and noticed they have a similar problem with being a little bit slow. Help tweaking the deck or any advice is appreciated. No budget I am just building.

Ive been trying to build a cool Ral cEDH deck to play with my pod but I've been stumped while making the deck. I was consulting my friend and he told me that cards, specifically Birgi, Electro, Storm-Kiln, and Treasonous Ogre were to high mana cost to be useful in Ral and that I should cut them. I do understand his point as Ral is supposed to be a commander that can rush out wins quickly and storm, but edhtop16 and every Ral deck I see runs them. Any additional help building/customizing will also be appreciated. I do not have a budget I am just interested in the building. This deck is supposed to go through a bunch of spells and eventually combo or storm off (also the win con). I have been playing a version of this deck with and without these mana generating creatures and do not see much of a benefit to running them, but I could be wrong. Also I am willing to change anything that is wrong with my deck.
