I've been struggling with sleep for years. Mostly falling asleep. A lot of times I'm laying in bed and trying to sleep, but I just keep hearing my heart beating. It is worse when I have my earplugs in (which I sometimes need due to a snoring husband). Nobody seems to know this problem or have a solution. Does anyone have the same issue?
