I’m curious where the local builder community actually exists? Especially people working on AI tools, web apps, SaaS projects, automations, startups, app development, etc.

Are people mostly working remotely in silos? Meeting somewhere I don’t know about? Mostly tied into the DC/Baltimore scene? Or is there actually a decent local network here already?

I’ve been building projects largely solo and realized I genuinely have no idea where the other “builders” are around Columbia.

Would love to hear:

• what you’re building (app, SaaS, automation....)
• where people connect locally (if anywhere?)
• coworking spots / meetups / Discords
• whether Columbia has more of a hidden tech scene than it appears

I am NOT selling anything - I am honestly just trying to figure out whether I’m missing the community or whether everyone else is building quietly too.
