Does this look like it's fixable?

I'm having my first consultation with a surgeon in a month and I feel stressed that maybe even surgery can't full**y fix my issue

I just look at the mirror photo and can't physically imagine my lower jaw being in a position where it's not that ridiculously steep

It's really bothering me

I hope I'm just dumb/it's lack of imagination and consultation will make me feel safe.

So how likely is that after the surgery I'd feel and look relatively normal?
