At what point did your Notion become harder to manage than your actual work?
I've noticed a pattern: you set up your Notion system, it works for a specific stage, and then the business grows, and the first system is not being used how it was intended to use. Most of the time, the 'organise notion' gets deprioritised.
Curious if this is a common experience and how people have navigated it: did you do a full rebuild, work through it in stages, or bring someone in to help? Especially interested in how you managed it when everyone already has their actual job to do on top of fixing Notion.
