I have 10 secluded acres around 6 minutes from a small town of near 10xxx people in se oklahoma. Ive had some "serious" buyers come out and no return calls. The property has all utilities pond creek and was 8 acres of pastures but are now overgrown to the point of needing a mulcher. Should I have the place mulched (around $1000) or leave be for the next owner to decide? Thank you
