Hello everyone,

I applied to a position at UHN back in early March and interviewed for it during late April. Shortly after the interview, I was asked to provide references and the hiring manager wanted them to respond by May 11th. My references confirmed that they responded by that deadline. Since then, I haven’t heard anything from the hiring manager.

I’ve heard of HR in hospitals being quite slow… so I’m wondering how long does it usually take to hear back after the reference check (whether that be a rejection or an offer)?
