Hi! I’m a postgraduate at Yale School of Medicine looking to rent a studio under $1000 or 1-bedroom apartment within a $1400 budget (including utilities), ideally within a 10-minute walk of the New Haven Green. Dishwasher and on-site laundry are non-negotiable.

I’m also open to sharing a 2b2b with a woman / nonbinary (afab) flatmate. My intended move-in date is the July 31.
