It has a small tear on the bottom left corner of the front, but I am thinking of buying it. I just don't know if its worth it considering the tear

My local DG has a whole bunch of these for ten dollars each? Are they worth getting? Each one has a Surging Sparks pack and a Twilight Masquerade pack. I was debating on getting a few.
