Fair criticism on city council of darkness
I actually really enjoy this season so far, could turn out to be one of my favourites. But I do feel kinda disappointed in their understanding of vtm mechanics. It's just calvinball at this point with Brennan asking for arbitrary rolls and difficulties that have nothing to do with the game's actual rules, clan banes don't matter or are utterly misplayed etc.
Ultimately it doesn't really matter, it's always been just improv with dice, but can't help but feel a little disappointed since white wolf has in my opinion one of the best most immersive systems.
