Hello guys. Again im here to ask if this is real because what are my options. I was laid off and has been transparent of my financial situation. I closed my bpi account because I dont have the capacity to pay rather than lumaki due to finance charges and all. Now they are sending me this and nakakabahala. I'm not escaping my responsibilities pero I have been answering their emails (na hindi sila sumasagot btw) of my situation and wanted to have payment arrangement that is more realistic on my situation. But they do not respond. They even did a house visit pero sakto wala ako aa bahay. I mean if they will escalate this to court hindi po ba magkakahit ako sa NBI because of a lawsuit? and that will worsen my chances of getting work kasi may hit ako sa NBI? so mas lalong di ko mababayaran? Thanks guys sa suggestions! I'm really fighting/

Context I already mentioned to them my situation sa bank ko and it was sadly endorsed to the collection agency. I also communicated to the collection agency my situation and they made a payment arrangement but I did not agree sa payment arrangement kasi I dont have work now because I was laid off and yung pera na nakuha ko was used for health emergency (fate really messed up last year)

Context: clinose ko bpi account ko with 150k debt. The collection agency (Constantino law) made a payment arrangement. Amnesty of 70k with payment arrangement of 35k for 2 months. I did not agree yet because I dont have a capacity to pay and I communicated for lower payment terms but they are not replying when I pivot to that direction.

I did not answer their calls kasi nakukulitan na ako kakaexplain and im doing my best to find work then today I receive a message they will do house visit with their lawyer and message me on facebook.

what should I do? At some point nakakaintimidate but I have been upfront with my situation that I lose my job. My options are super limited right now. Thanks guys for suggestions!

Hi guys. I need your advice. I had a financial problem dahil sa cardiac emergency ng tatay ko, I used my cc to expedite the expenses in the hospital but my luck has run out nalay off naman ako sa work recently. With that i wasnt able to pay my cc and napunta sya sa collection. And now im receiving calls sa Constantino Law and they want me to pay the full amount. They also had a house visit recently. I already explained my situation pero still they want me to pay. Should I try to have a payment arrangement until makahanap ako mg work and amenable ba sila sa ganun kasi wala pa ako work right now. My current utang is 100k but im okay paying it not in full but in portions and in the future pay it full once makarecover na ako and find work. Thank you guys sa help.
