Keep Getting Rejected
so I am trying to apply for the local FedEx facility near me and i have a hunch i am being denied for no damn reason at all, i have no criminal record and I have an open schedule plus warehouse experience, i wanted to work with the company again to at least have some semblance of an income again cause finding a job has been insane, when I tried to send my schedule that I couldn't do mornings cause I rely on the public transit system to commute for a job i got rejected immediately for putting i can do every other shift except morning sort, then I applied again and when I gave the same details it was crickets for a bit then denied two days later, does anyone have any idea for this reason like im stumped as to why im being denied so quickly once my application reaches the facility plus the facility i am applying to NEEDS workers they can't retain anybody at all from what my neighbor tells me, he says they need people yet don't seem to hire anyone, is this just a ghost posting for a job or is it management getting the applications and denying me?
I know it sounds stupid me posting this here yet im genuinely desperate for a job and im a risk of being homeless and finding a job is just insane in this economy, Amazon won't hire me either and i am unsure what the hell is going on, I have warehouse experience it just seems nobody is hiring at all.
