Is it normal that classes start tomorrow yet one of my classes still has “TBA” for the instructor on acorn, and another hasn’t even made a quercus page yet?

This is a rhetorical question cause no it isn’t normal, I’ve never experienced a delay like this in my previous summer courses. I was hoping I’d be able to atleast see a syllabus before classes start but theres nothing. Anyone experiencing the same thing? One of my classes is supposed to be hybrid and I still don’t even know if tomorrow’s class is in person or not.
