My neighbors had the city add red lines on the sloped sides of the entrance to their driveway because I assume people kept blocking it…this guy parked clearly into the red line and got ticketed by the meter maid. My living room window looks out at where this happened and I was there all evening. The guy got back to his car like an hour later and started kicking up a fuss about the ticket so much so that the neighbors called the cops after a lot of yelling back and forth (and a lot of pacing from him). The cops had to wait for this guy to leave in order for him to leave and then the cops left.
The issue is this guy came back like another hour and a half later put his hazards on did something that I couldn’t see and jumped back in his car and sped off. I am 1000% sure it’s the same guy…he has a man bun and the sunroof was a little cracked open and it was the same car. My gut told me I have to tell the neighbors but my husband says to stay out of it. I’m afraid this guy is going to come back again and torch the house or something in the night. The houses here are right up against each other…I’m hoping all he did was throw excrement at the house or something.
