Division Manager not getting paid in full

I am a division manager I took over beginning of the month. Ever since I have been in charge the companies numbers have tripled under my leadership. The issue is the way I’m paid. I’m classified as a contractor instead of an employee, and my pay is based off revenue plus extra money when jobs run smoothly. Which is nice actually cause I had my own business before hand. The problem is I have consistently never been paid in full compared to what I invoice for and what I can see the company getting paid on completed jobs. This isn’t a onetime thing either. Payments are constantly late, short or missing amounts! I end up having to text him things like “hey you still owe me this much from my cheque.” It’s honestly becoming stressful because I can’t properly budget or plan financially when the amount that should be coming in never actually matches what gets deposited. The frustrating part is I genuinely love the role, my team, and what we’re building. I don’t want to leave. But it’s getting hard to operate effectively as a manager when I’m constantly stressed about whether I’m going to get paid properly. I have a meeting with the owner today. How would you guys approach this professionally without damaging the relationship or risking the position?
