Just wanted to share how amazing these came out. My lovely wife cooked up 15 English muffins on the blackstone so we didn’t have to make bread in the oven with all the heat on the east coast.

Have you made these or anything else like it on the griddle?

My apologies for not including the recipe. My wife picks one and tries it so sometimes it’s different and I don’t know.

I make the usuals, haven’t been able to master stir fry yet but looking for other ideas to cook. Stored my bbq and haven’t pulled it out in over a year so need more ideas!
