I have been battling for a full year now, after endless calls and confirmation my account is closed I keep getting charged $50 a month and they are saying the account has been open and have no record of me calling and canceling even though it has been “cancelled” multiple times. I’m at the point of trying to get all transactions blocked by my bank.

The service was great while I had it but in the sense of afterward they are fucking scammers.
