Hey, I'm an incoming mph student at yale. I was wondering how people usually found roommates and housing. I was told to look on fb marketplace, but it's super broad and was wondering if there were any other platforms people used?
I’m subleasing three bedrooms (can be rented individually or together) in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom all girls apartment at Oliv Seattle from June 20-August 25th. The rent for one room is 1350 and 1450 for the other per month (but i’m willing to negotiate), and utilities range from about 20-60. Wifi is included and the apartment comes fully furnished. Amenities include a gym, sauna, rooftop, and a study lounge. It’s also a 2 minute walk to the u-district link station, and a 5 minute walk to UW campus.
